Housing Details

Prices are for up to 5 people, $250 each additional person. Max per family is 8.

  • Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably

Old Doctor’s House – Near Lake Steps: $995 (SOLD OUT)

  • 2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathrooms
  • Half Kitchen
  • Air-Conditioning

Beit Chosky (1 side – each side can accommodate up to 10 people): $995 (SOLD OUT)

  • 5 Bedrooms, 1 Shared Bathroom

  • Shabbat Service Friday Night

  • Ropes Course and Zip Line
  • Cooking Kitchen – Rosh Hashanah Recipes
  • Arts and Crafts

Open Program Areas

  • The Pool
  • Athletics
  • Archery
  • Hiking around Camp!

Health Screenings and Precautions

Arrival/Check-In

  • Entire Family receives health screen and temperature check upon arrival
  • Short health screening questionnaire
  • Temperatures must be below 99.6 degree fahrenheit
  • Wearing of cloth masks are required indoors
  • Physical distancing between family units is strongly encouraged

Cleaning Procedures

  • Each Cabin will receive a supply of cleaning/sanitizing supplies
  • Public bathrooms will be cleaned throughout the day
  • Staff will sanitize equipment between family uses

Food at Camp

Dining Hall Procedures in Accordance with WV Guidelines

Guidance for the EKC Dining Hall will require some changes to how we usually run our food program, such as

  • Limit of 1 family unit per table
  • Salad bar will not be self serve
  • PB&J will be pre-made and available throughout the day
  • Afternoon snacks available “grab and go” from 2-3pm, daily

Additional Food Notes

  • Families are able to bring their own snacks/food
  • EKC can accommodate food allergies with notice

Miscellaneous Information About Camp

  • Everyone will receive a white shirt to Tie-Dye
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Canteen will be open to shop for EKC gear!
  • Capacity in Camp will be limited to allow for physical distancing to occur

Registration

  • Registration is open, via CampMinder through the EKC Website: EKC Rosh Hashanah Getaway Registration Directions
  • Payment not required at time of registration
  • Must be paid in full by Monday, September 14
  • Alcohol is BYOB and restricted to your unit of residence
  • Pets (dogs, cats, etc…) are not allowed
