Shavuot Family Weekend Getaway: Friday, June 3 – Sunday, June 5
Rosh Hashanah Family Weekend Getaway: Friday, September 23 – Sunday, September 25
- Arrival begins at 2 pm on Friday
- Departure by 2 pm on Sunday
Housing Details
Prices are for up to 5 people, $250 each additional person. Max per family is 8. First come – first served.
Cabins in Sabra/Kineret/Halutzim: $895
- Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably
- Twin Size Camp Beds
- Private bathrooms and showers
Beit Chosky (1 side – each side can accommodate up to 10 people): $995 (1 family per side)
- 5 Bedrooms, 1 Shared Bathroom
- Twin Size Camp Beds
- Air-Conditioning/Heat
New Houses in Upper Camp: $1,295 (3 available)
- 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms
- Full Kitchen and Washer/Dryer
- Air-Conditioning

Health and Safety Protocols
- All participants ages 5 years and up must show proof of being fully vaccinated
- Masks recommended when physical distancing is not possible or in indoor spaces
- Physical distancing between family units is strongly encouraged
- Public bathrooms will be cleaned throughout the day
- Staff will sanitize equipment regularly throughout the weekend
Food at Camp
Dining Hall Procedures in Accordance with COVID Protocols
- Limit of 1 family unit per table
- Masks Required when not at your family’s table
- Afternoon snacks available “grab and go” from 2-3pm, daily
Additional Food Notes
- Families are able to bring their own snacks/food
- EKC can accommodate food allergies with notice
Miscellaneous Information About Camp
- Everyone will receive a white shirt to Tie-Dye
- Pets are not allowed
- Canteen will be open to shop for EKC gear!
Registration
- Registration is open, via CampMinder through the EKC Website: EKC Family Weekend Registration Directions
- Payment not required at time of registration
- Must be paid in full by Wednesday, June 1st (Shavuot Weekend)
- Alcohol is BYOB and restricted to your unit of residence
- Pets (dogs, cats, etc…) are not allowed
