Prospective Families

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The Bobalou Scholarship Fund at EKC

We’re excited to share the launch of the Bobalou Scholarship, a new opportunity designed to help make the Emma Kaufmann Camp experience more accessible for first-time EKC campers. The Bobalou Scholarship supports families who are excited to give their child the gift of overnight Camp and for whom cost may otherwise be a barrier. Through this scholarship, more children can experience the friendships, confidence-building, and meaningful Jewish moments that make Camp so special.

The Bobalou Scholarship is available to all first-time EKC families, regardless of where they live, and JCC membership is not required to be considered for this fund. Awards are made based on demonstrated financial need to help ensure camp is accessible to families for whom tuition may present a challenge.

Families interested in the Bobalou Scholarship should apply by completing the JCC’s scholarship application. Our team is happy to answer questions and help guide families through the process.
